How to Communicate with a Librarian Remotely

Do you have a question about something the library provides, or need help with some research you're working on?  A librarian is simply a click or two away.  Feel free to use any of the methods on this page - whichever makes you the most comfortable.

LibChat

The most convenient way to contact us remotely is our via our chat system.

Our chat widget is in the lower right corner of nearly every library page.  If the widget is green, a librarian is online and ready to chat at a moment's notice.  Simply click the widget, fill out your name and contact information, and enter your question.  A librarian will be with you shortly to answer your question.

If the widget is red, no librarians are available to chat, but you may still use the system to submit a question.

Note: If you navigate away from the webpage, the chat system will drop your connection.  Before navigating away from the page, look at the top of the chat window and click the link to "pop out" the chat into its own window.
